Project Christmas Stocking Children and their families participate in two bake sales in November to raise money for this annual outreach program. Money raised at the bake sales is then used by catechist/students in grades one through eight to purchase clothing and toys for families assigned to us by Catholic Social Services. Catechist and children are encouraged to go shopping as a group to purchase the gifts for the families and then wrap and tag the gifts. Gifts are blessed at a prayer service and then delivered to Catholic Social Services. Top |
