Athletic Council

            The mission of the Holy Angels Athletic Council is to provide Holy Angels youth an opportunity to participate on athletic teams under Christian leadership and supervision.  Our purpose is to provide each student in Grades 4 through 8 the opportunity to play organized sports in a Christian atmosphere in conjunction with the Greater Dayton CYO.  The athletic program of Holy Angels is sponsored by the parish as part of its mission to minister to its youth.  At present we support teams at Holy Angels that participate in soccer and golf in the fall, basketball in the winter, volleyball in early spring, and track in late spring.  These activities are open to 4^th through 8^th grade students who are registered members of the parish actively participating in Faith Formation classes or students who are attending Holy Angels School.
  
   Participation fees (nonrefundable) of $35 per student per sport cover only a portion of the actual cost and are due at signup.  Last dates for individual sport signups and contacts are noted below.  Mark these dates on your calendar so you don’t miss out.  You will also receive reminders in the weekly church bulletin about signup deadlines, location and contacts.  Early signups are encouraged by accessing the CYO Registration and Parental Consent Form and the Holy Angels Consent for Medical Treatment Form forms listed below and submitting them to the appropriate contact person.

    Please signup early if you cannot make it to the Signup Day – Late registrants cannot be guaranteed a roster spot on a team and are charged a $75 late fee.  Forms are found below and should be turned in along with the participation fee to the contact person before the deadline noted above.
